Just been to see the GI Joe movie and it’s not to bad if you disengage your brain. Plenty of action and occasional humour.

BUT…

If you do engage your brains you’ll wonder things like…
1 – The plane was just doing 180 turns on the spot so why weren’t the people even dizzy when they got out given they should be unconcious?
2 – Why, when the Baroness lives in France, does she speak to the French people in English?
3 – Why is the US President English
4 – Who the hell would join a military force where all the soldiers are referred to as ‘Joes’
5 – In a force made up of soldiers from around the world why did nobody ever ask ‘What did he say?’ when the British bloke gave orders with a really strong Cockney accent?

Still not to bad as brainless movies go and obviously meant to be the first of many or possibly the pilot for a TV series.

My friend gave me this site to look at and I found it so good I’m passing it on to you lot. Get A First Life.

Ok I just read this story on Engadget. It’s about a video some Japanese company released to demonstrate how Japanese smartphones are better than western ones. Errrrr just watch the video. And as somebody says on the You Tube page. What happens when their battery dies? Can’t even get back in the house to charge it

Just recently I’ve been playing with Yahoo answers. If you ask me half the questions are asked by people to stupid/lazy to use a search engine. I just visited there now and the main question on the first page is How often should you change the oil in your car? another is Who sings ‘ I’m a freedom fighter.. here i go’?.

And the moral of the story? If you don’t want to look a total moron learn to use a search engine.
