Subject: Outlook Express
Hey there,

I'm sorry if this is a silly question, but is it possible to retrieve a message I've already deleted from my deleted items folder in outlook express?

I got a little click-happy, and now I've lost a very important sent message.

Thanks for your help.

To my knowledge it is not possible. BUT depending on how you have Outlook Express set up maybe the email is still on the server. I personally have Outlook Express set to leave a copy of the email on the server for just such a situation (or normaly because I've had to format the computer and lost everything).

If you're using POP mail that can also be accessed through webmail (like Gmail, Yahoo mail if you pay for POP, some ISP email accounts) you might find it in the Sent folder of the webmail account...

Oh, and does anyone know how I can get the entirety of my Gmail inbox back in Opera's mail client? I've had to format a few times and I only have the messages received since the last format in the client's inbox. I've tried going to the Gmail site and marking all my messages "Unread" but they don't show up in the client again...I'd just like to have all my messages in the client for reading old emails...
I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna take five.
